Why don't you show pricing on the page?
Because the right price depends on your operation: how many buildings, how many users, how many documents, and how much support you need from us. A 10-building campus and a 200-building university portfolio are not the same engagement. We scope it on a call so the number we give you actually reflects what you're getting.
What's the general ballpark?
FRED is priced as an annual software and services contract, not a per-seat subscription. It is in the range of other enterprise facility tools, and we will give you a specific number within 48 hours of our first call. We do not believe in making people jump through hoops to find out if they can afford something.
Does this go through procurement?
Yes, and we are set up for it. We provide a standard MSA and SOW, can provide a W-9, insurance certificates, and anything else your vendor onboarding requires. We have already been through this at Xavier University. Apply first and we will help map the path for your specific process.
What if I'm just gathering information for my leadership team?
We can help with that too. We will send you a one-pager with the ROI case, the Xavier outcomes, and what a deployment looks like, formatted for a leadership presentation. Just mention it when you reach out.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No. FRED is invoiced as a single contract, not a month-to-month SaaS subscription. We invest real time in onboarding and deployment upfront, and the contract structure reflects that. The term length is discussed on a call based on your needs.
How quickly can we get started?
Very quickly once contracts are in place. Document ingestion and initial setup typically takes one week. Live team onboarding happens in week two. From signed contract to your first team member getting answers in the field is usually under two weeks.
